My team is needing to create a knowledge base for each of our applications and we are being asked to evaluate what is already available inside of Intel. I have heard people mention sharepoint and knowledge compass but I am not sure if there are others out there or not. Currently, for my application, I purchased single server license of InstantKB (http://www.instantkb.com) and have been extremely happy with it. Thus, I am pushing to purchase the Single Server, Unlimited Installs so that each application in my group can have their own knowledge base install but I need to do the evaluation of the other products first.
So, if your team is using a support knowledge base, can you please let me know what the product is and if it is web based if you could provide a url so that I can take a look at it it would be appreciated.
